The EPIC Revenue Operations Associate Is

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RevOps Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily provider operational activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our onboarding and success processes.

Responsibilities
? Configure new providers within the HFD system so that they can take advantage of our patient financing platform.
? Assist in managing provider inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
? Perform account adjustments for providers that need pricing or settings changes.
? Collaborate with providers and HFD team members in the troubleshooting of issues
? Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company CRM and lending platform.
? Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
? Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
? Perform other duties as assigned by operations manager.

Requirements

? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Education And Experience
? Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Preferred
? Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, SalesForce, etc)
