Qualifications: ? If you have worked in retail for less than three years, you are still considered a beginner or an entry-level employee in this industry. However, your experience, no matter how short, can still be valuable in building your skills and knowledge in serving customers and managing retail operations ? Creating a superior customer experience involves being at ease and confident when engaging with customers ? The inspiration gained from dealing with customers and the thrill of sporting goods fuels a desire to achieve great results ? Commences working on assignments or responsibilities without the need for constant guidance ? A willingness to work flexible hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
