In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills, exceptional communication talents, and expertise in web technologies, including HTML and CSS, to facilitate seamless website functionality and deliver superior service. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success, OEM, and Development teams to address website-related inquiries and provide timely solutions to ensure optimal operations.

Key Responsibilities
? Develop a thorough understanding of our products, processes, and proprietary platform, Apollo?
? Address website support requests through various channels (email, phone, or web submission) and resolve them efficiently and accurately.
? Collaborate with the Onboarding, OEM, and Customer Success teams to assist with website content and inventory management.
? Record and report product malfunctions or technical issues, ensuring that more complex problems are directed to the appropriate teams.
? Stay informed about the latest product updates and functionalities to provide precise support and troubleshooting.

Required Skills
? Proficient in HTML, CSS, web-building software, and content management systems.
? Familiar with Salesforce, Jira, and automotive inventory management is advantageous.
? Ability to quickly learn new software programs and systems.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of clarifying technical issues in an understandable manner.
? Exceptional time management and organizational skills, particularly in fast-paced settings.
? A positive, solution-oriented mindset with patience and empathy in interactions.

Qualifications
? A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer support or a comparable role.
