Key Responsibilities
? Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as required.
? Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
? Verify third-party information using online databases for accuracy.
? Review and finalize enrichment tasks as instructed during training sessions.
? Conduct data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, while following up with various state boards for status updates.
? Ensure all tasks are executed timely and with high quality.
? Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills
? Willingness to engage in both voice and non-voice tasks.
? Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
? Flexibility and adaptability to process and information changes.
? Computer proficiency is preferred.
? Must possess an adequate work-from-home setup.
? A stable internet connection is essential.

Qualifications
? Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or similar customer service roles is advantageous.
? Availability for 40 hours per week, commencing immediately.
? Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
