We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Coordinator to assist with travel arrangements for clients. This part-time opportunity allows for flexible working hours while providing essential support to clients to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities...
? Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, according to clients? preferences and budgets.
? Vendor Liaison: Communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers to secure reservations and address any issues or changes.
? Itinerary Management: Create detailed travel itineraries and provide necessary documentation to travelers.
? Budget Management: Monitor travel expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines, providing cost-effective solutions.
? Travel Research: Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and best practices to offer informed recommendations to clients.
? Customer Service: Respond to travel inquiries and provide exceptional support before, during, and after travel.
? Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and correspondence.

Qualifications: ? Proven experience in travel coordination or a similar role. ? Strong organizational and time management skills. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ?
