Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Project Manager specializing in Records Management. We are looking for an accomplished project manager with a strong background in records management and a proven ability to deliver innovative IT solutions. This remote position focuses on enhancing operational efficiency within federal healthcare IT environments, requiring occasional travel to our Fairfax, VA office.

Key Responsibilities
? Lead and manage projects to ensure timely completion while promoting stakeholder collaboration.
? Provide expert guidance on records management practices, technologies, and standards.
? Plan and implement system upgrades or improvements to enhance records management capabilities.
? Clearly communicate technical information to a varied audience, including IT professionals and federal personnel.
? Identify and address complex challenges, developing automation and process management solutions as needed.
? Create comprehensive technical documentation and deliver necessary training to guarantee project success.

Required Skills
? Expertise in OpenText Content Server and OpenText Records Management.
? In-depth knowledge of records management best practices and standards.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
? Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, tailored for diverse audiences.
? OpenText certifications (e.g., ECM Consultant, Content Server Developer) are highly desirable.
? PMP certification is advantageous.
? Familiarity with Cloud Hosting and OpenText Process Suite software is a plus.

Qualifications
? A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
? A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years dedicated to OpenText Content Server or OpenText Records Management.
? At least 2 years of experience in records management business processes.
? Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise records management solutions for federal clients.
? Experience in Department of Defense (DoD) environments is preferred.
