Software

To help make our preparers more efficient and accurate we developed our own wizard- based tax software. It is very easy to use and doesn?t require any previous tax prep experience. We can train you to prepare taxes professionally in just a few hours.

Compensation
Our compensation structure is designed to be highly competitive within the tax preparation industry. While many tax companies offer hourly rates in the $8-$10 range, our model allows for significantly higher earning potential based on completed returns and additional services. Here's a breakdown of our offering:

1. Base compensation per tax return at the tax pro level is 25% of the preparation fee
2. Minimum Preparation Fee is $199 with the Maximum Preparation Fee of $3500
3. You can increase your earnings by adding our add on features at the client's discretion. With one add-on service you can easily double that amount to $200 or $300 per client. Many of our first-year preparers make $5-10,000 per month.
4. Compensation is paid 1 week after your client return post. The first pay date will be mid to late February or March.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS To prepare Federal and State tax returns as part of our business, there are two key requirements: THERE ARE NO SIGN UP COSTS! 1. PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number): You must obtain a valid PTIN from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This is a mandatory requirement for all tax preparers. 2. TAAX App Subscription: A paid subscription to our TAAX App is required. This app is our primary tool for managing client leads and is essential for your business operations. 3. Membership Fee: The is an annual membership fee of $499 that comes out of your first funded tax return. This fee cover maintenance as well as any losses the association may incur during that cover tax year
