? Family Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress and offering strategies to support learning at home.

Qualifications
? Education: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Special Education or a related field.
? Certification: Valid Connecticut teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
? Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in special education, with experience in virtual or remote teaching preferred.
? Skills: Strong digital literacy, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of special education practices.
