Key Responsibilities
? Achieve expertise in our platforms, user interfaces, databases, and data pipelines.
? Analyze data and produce insightful reports for stakeholders.
? Experiment with and develop prototype solutions in collaboration with product teams to enhance platform functionality.
? Construct and maintain BI dashboards to ensure consistent and repeatable reporting processes.
? Investigate and troubleshoot data-related challenges, providing actionable recommendations for resolution.
? Collaborate with external clients to analyze data and support product enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills
? 10+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar field.
? Minimum of 2 years of experience working with performance marketing data.
? At least 2 years of experience using Tableau.
? Experience in supporting product or engineering teams.
? Familiarity with high-volume data environments (100M+ records) or data warehousing.
? Proficient in SQL, with an emphasis on creating scalable and maintainable queries.
? Understanding of database definition language for dataset management.
? Knowledgeable about ETL processes.
? Advanced competency in Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
? Proven capability in crafting data visualizations for reports and dashboards.
? Proactive self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
? Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Qualifications
? A relevant degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
