Key Responsibilities
? Lead the sales team in formulating departmental goals and objectives that contribute to the overarching business aims.
? Develop comprehensive sales strategies that address client and market demands, clearly defining value propositions and targeting approaches.
? Supervise and evaluate team performance through regular assessments, facilitating constructive feedback and career development.
? Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, thoroughly understanding their needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
? Collaborate with senior leadership to synchronize sales initiatives with strategic business plans, ensuring seamless project delivery alongside engineering and operational teams.
? Analyze sales performance metrics and implement data-informed strategies to optimize decision-making and achieve desired outcomes.
? Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional networks and identify new business opportunities.

? At least 8 years of direct, contract, and project sales experience is required.
