- 5 PTO days... Evergreen is hiring a customer service/sales chat agent. This person is expected to be hands on with the ability to call customers, assist online customers with their shopping experience by upholding a positive attitude, answering questions on products/brands via the online chat. This person will be conducting warranty outreach and can sell add-ons and upsell products via chat or phone. This person should exhibit good written and verbal communication, and problem-solving abilities.A positive attitude, punctuality, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a strong commitment to meet deadlines in a dynamic team environment are also required. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment that respects and acknowledges individual effort.Some of the key focus areas that are necessary for this role includes:

- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role/ chat experience
- Experience leading within a Remote Work Environment
- Attention to Detail
- High level of professionalism and great communication style

- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
