In addition to $18 base pay, you'll receive Paid Holiday pay and earn performance bonuses, which can often increase your pay by 50% or more, plus you'll get an invitation to participate in our (401) k savings program.
Location: Remote
Time Commitment: 20-28 hrs. per week
Education Requirement: Must have completed (or be currently enrolled) in a 4-year college degree with a business major (or MBA)
Pay: $18/hr to start
The time you work during 6 weeks of training is all paid time.
There is no cold calling in this job! None. Nor do you need any life insurance experience. Why? Because we utilize a highly scripted approach that tells you on the screen what to say and do. Easy peasy. Our 40-year-old company is 100% inbound and we never, ever pressure our customers.
No life insurance experience? PERFECT! We prefer that you not have any prior life insurance experience so that we can train you in our ways you first 6 weeks. We'll reimburse you for your first home state license fee (if you don't have a license) and any other state licenses we determine are needed.

Our team is looking to bring on customer-obsessed and energetic remote customer/inside sales agents (no cold calling) to advise our customers on their insurance purchasing decision, help complete their applications and then follow up through underwriting to make sure they get the policy they want. This is an ideal job for Moms and college students or any qualified candidate who has or is pursuing a business degree or major.
Prospective customers contact us as a result of our national advertising and partnership arrangements. The beauty of this business model is that the customer reaches out to us - you don't have to do a thing.
This role requires that you be friendly, upbeat, patient and understanding on every call -- no high pressure here -- and that you have superb script-reading abilities. We will our customers with kindness and aggressively follow up on quotes you will provide.
We offer family-flexible hours, your choice of 20-28 hours per week. Our national advertising and marketing partners drive customers to call us, which is where you come in. That?s right, there is no prospecting or cold calling here. Our telephone agents are professionally trained to match our clients with the right life insurance plan from our roster of 50+ top-rated insurance companies. You?ll play a critical role in providing peace of mind to our customers and their families.
What You?ll Need:
? Residency in AZ, FL, ID, NJ, NC, OH, TN or TX is required as is a current, valid driver license that matches your current residence address
? A state-issued life insurance license in hand on your start date (we'll reimburse)
? Availability to work nights, weekends and some weekdays
? Ability to read scripts clearly and verbatim in order to render our famous customer service the right way
? Positive ?customer-first? attitude - we?re huge customer advocates and will expect you to treat every caller as if they?re a long-lost cousin.
? Strong sense of internal motivation - coachability is a must! We?re looking for sales agents who want to develop a lucrative career, tackle new opportunities and grow both personally and professionally.
? Ability to consistently achieve a monthly quota. Don?t worry, practice makes perfect, and we?ll help you along every step of the way!
? A completed or in-progress 4-year degree in business, economics or a business-related major

We are open 7 AM to 11 PM Central Time, flex shifts are available. This is a busy call center job where you will be answering inbound phone calls from life insurance buyers who want to buy. You'll be quoting and advising and completing applications in a cheerful, helpful way with no sales pressure and ---NO COLD CALLING!
You'll love our 50-company rater that has underwriting guidelines built-in. We have a life insurance plan for everybody from $5,000 to $25 million, regardless of their health history. You'll be selling term life, whole life, universal life, final expense life and the full Aflac product line. We will train you and pay all licensing costs.
