As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various customer service roles. Requirements
? Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the customer service industry
? Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong decision-making abilities
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? High-speed internet connection and a reliable home office setup

Responsibilities
? Source and recruit candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, and networking
? Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
? Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and hiring managers
? Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
? Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information and hiring progress
? Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates
? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting

Educational Qualifications
