We are currently seeking multiple Project Managers with an eclectic mix of managing technical implementation projects combined with exceptional interpersonal soft skills. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering succesful projects on time, be process driven and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently. A background with homecare/ referral management/ personal care would be ideal.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management experience around Healthcare or familiar with Referral Management/Home Healthcare services.

• This PM will be working with the 'Personal Care' side of the house.

• Timely, clear, and meaningful daily management and communication of projects

• Working with ELT (Executive Leadership Team)

• Ability to translate and facilitate client requests into clear and appropriate solutions leveraging appropriate team members

• Ability to manage the delivery of multiple concurrent time sensitive initiatives

• Ability to hold dependent organizations and resources, both internal and external, accountable to initiative supporting deliverables

• Contribution to and ongoing improvements of Project Management delivery processes

• Build and grow relationships across internal and client stakeholders

• Portfolio / project management experience across multiple concurrent projects

• Ability to support national (multiple time zone) relationships (MST, CST and/or EST)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience

• 7+ years' experience in a project management role

• Experience delivering technical software implementation projects to completion

• Experience with direct management of multiple concurrent time sensitive initiatives

• strong presentation skills and ability to translate and communicate business need to technical deliverables

• Analytical Skills: strong Excel Skills & strong ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem

• Communication, Oral: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word

• Communication, Written: Excellent ability to communicate in writing, clearly and concisely

• Customer Oriented: Excellent ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures

• Decision Making: Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures

• Interpersonal: Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals

• Working Under Pressure: Driven ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations
