Job Overview

We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our esteemed organization as a Physician Recruiter. In this remote role, you will play a critical part in sustaining a robust network of physicians, skillfully negotiating agreements within established frameworks, and facilitating the onboarding of new physicians to fulfill client requirements. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence will be vital to achieving recruitment objectives and enhancing overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
? Maintain the integrity of the physician panel by comprehending client fee schedules and turnaround time (TAT) requirements for negotiating agreement terms.
? Continuously manage physician profiles, updating fees, physician groups, and executing deactivations or reactivations as necessary.
? Conduct research and outreach to identify prospective physicians for new panel opportunities.
? Supervise administrative duties linked to the physician panel and ensure seamless onboarding of new physicians, confirming compliance with necessary qualifications.
? Negotiate contract terms and costs per established guidelines, and coordinate the collection of critical documentation such as agreements, applications, CVs, W9s, and NPDB reports.
? Collaborate with leadership to establish fee structures for agreements and assist with system access guidance.
? Recruit and oversee physicians in targeted regional markets, particularly for Washington L & I clinic IME exam services and adjacent states.
? Address licensing and certification needs for physicians willing to engage in unilateral recording and commit to scheduled days at specified locations.
? Source urgent recruitment requests, providing updates on sourcing efforts as needed.
? Assist in procuring examination locations and enhancing our database of available resources in key areas.

Required Skills
? Proficient understanding of physician networks, recruitment processes, medical specialties, and relevant terminology.
? Strong grasp of state and federal compliance standards.
? Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational proficiencies.
? Ability to critically assess situations and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
? Technological proficiency and competent typing skills.

Qualifications
? An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
? Prior experience in physician recruitment, ideally within a healthcare or insurance setting, or transferable skills from similar roles.
? Business acumen in healthcare and/or insurance is highly regarded.
