Key Responsibilities
? Collaborate with the pharmacy help desk grievance team to effectively address and resolve issues.
? Accurately enter and route grievances to the appropriate coordinators.
? Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for review by leadership.
? Perform additional tasks as required to support the pharmacy team.

Required Skills
? A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy settings.
? Proficient computer skills, including typing, Outlook, and Excel.
? Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
? Capability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
? Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new processes.
? Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and patients.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or GED is required.
? At least one year of pharmacy experience working under a licensed pharmacist or completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program.
? Familiarity with the third-party claims process is preferred.
