– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
– Select and explain the best solution to solve the issue, expediting correction or adjustment.
– Follow up to ensure resolution.
– Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Requirements:
– Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
