Responsibilities: ? Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via online chat ? Providing accurate and helpful information to customers ? Ensuring timely and thorough follow-up on customer interactions
Requirements: ? Prior experience in customer service or a related field ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ?
