Job Description

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, in good standing.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health, clinical nursing, or a related field.


• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or the commitment to obtain certification within one year of employment.


• Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations and standards.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth technology.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees.


• Provide clinical care and first aid to employees as needed.


• Develop and implement health education programs and initiatives.


• Monitor and manage occupational health programs and ensure compliance with regulations.


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and management to address health and safety concerns.


• Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.


• Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide health and wellness strategies.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate? Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.


• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) is highly desirable.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health, clinical nursing, or a related field.


• Experience in a remote work setting is a plus but not required.
