In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in Alabama.

Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. ? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and solutions. ? Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. ? Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues. ? Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve processes and products.

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. ? Proven experience in a customer service or support role. ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Excellent problem-solving abilities. ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. ? Proficiency with computers and familiarity with customer service software and tools. ? Reside in Alabama.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience working in a remote position. ? Bilingual in English and Spanish. ? Familiarity with CRM systems.
