Description

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Home Care Nurse to join our expanding team. This role allows you the flexibility to work from home while providing top-notch healthcare services to our patients. As a Remote Home Care Nurse, you will be responsible for offering consistent, high-quality nursing care and support via telehealth systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

– Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

– Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

– Proficiency in telehealth systems and electronic medical records (EMR).

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

– High-speed internet connection and a quiet, private workspace.

– CPR certification.

Responsibilities

– Provide remote patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and symptoms.

– Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

– Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries.

– Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

– Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.

– Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.

– Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Educational Qualifications

– Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required.

Experience

– At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a home care or similar setting is preferred.
