• Develop and manage a network of shippers and carriers
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers
• Review shipping and contract documents for accuracy
• Ensure accurate freight billing and address any discrepancies
• Coordinate with trucking companies to assign loads
• Monitor product movement to ensure on-time delivery
• Address any service failures and implement corrective measures
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain service levels
• Run reports as requested
• Respond to a high volume of communications on a daily basis

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1+ years of sales experience (preferred)
• 1+ years of load board freight negotiation experience (required)
