The Firm Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the team at Blue Column Capital. The ideal candidate is efficient, ambitious and polished. They have meticulous attention to detail and are highly organized. This role is firm/team support, working at the direction of the Chief Operating Officer. Candidates should enjoy an entrepreneurial and fast paced atmosphere.

?Strict adherence to compliance and client confidentiality
?Data Entry, general maintenance of client management systems
?Maintaining and updating client files with extreme accuracy and adherence to HI PPA guidelines
?Triage and follow through with email/voicemail for multiple inboxes.
?Make travel arrangements, registrations, itineraries, etc. for the team
?Manage and coordinate meetings: logistics, agendas, and track follow up
?Follow all guidelines for documenting client interactions, assist in preparation of internal & external compliance reviews, secure filing of relevant client documents
?Create and execute repeatable, systemized processes to be efficient and effective
?Cross train with the COO/additional team members to assist as-needed

Experience
? Significant experience as an administrator
? Familiarity with database management

? Advanced proficiency a MUST in: Outlook, Google Calendar, Microsoft Excel, excellent verbal and written communications
Education and Background
? Bachelor's Degree (required) in Communications or Business, preferred
? Minimum of 3 years of professional administrative support experience
? Health and Life Insurance License preferred, or ability to obtain within first 60-days
? Experience & advanced knowledge required in Microsoft Excel & Client Relationship Management software.
? Proficiency a MUST in: Outlook, Google Calendar, Excellent verbal and written communication
Compensation/Benefits
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including:
? Base Salary: $50,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience and licensing
