We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team and provide comprehensive support to the Acting PMO Director. This remote position allows you to engage with mid to senior-level management, leveraging your knowledge of organizational procedures and best practices to drive impactful business initiatives. Key Responsibilities
? Draft precise and effective Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
? Create training guides and facilitate training sessions for internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
? Collaborate with IT teams and delivery managers to ensure project releases align with operational and client testing approvals.
? Participate in a sprint-based environment, utilizing shared IT resources across various projects.
? Aid in the enhancement of standardized best practices to fulfill company and team objectives.
? Conduct data analysis using SQL Server for requirements gathering or functional testing.
? Generate periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) that involve complex calculations and multiple data sources.
? Research and compile materials for special projects connected to marketing and contract administration.

? Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiency.
? Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
? Capability to work autonomously, adhere to deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
? Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across varying levels of the organization and with external clients.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
? Familiarity with SQL for data analysis is essential.
? Understanding of sprint methodologies and project management concepts is advantageous.
? Previous experience in medical claims processing or the insurance and claims sector is desirable.

Qualifications
? A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline, such as computer science or healthcare.
? A minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst is required.
? Scrum certification or relevant experience is a plus.
