What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Make outbound calls to educate patients on the benefits of the care coordination program
? Establish rapport with potential patients and tailor messaging based on their demographics and health concerns
? Overcome objections to participation in the program
? Maintain high call volume, spending over 80% of time on the phone
? Perform accurate data entry while multi-tasking during calls

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Sales acumen and proven adaptability in a high-volume sales environment
? Ability to meet deadlines and performance metrics consistently
? Excellent communication skills to explain programs clearly and persuasively
? Experience working in a team dynamic and demonstrating leadership
? Must possess an associate degree or higher and be US-based

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Natural ability to empathize with patients and maintain a patient-focused mindset
? Comfort with various software platforms, including Microsoft Office
? Strong ability to creatively deliver education to patients about the care coordination program
