In this essential position, you will be responsible for steering our email and SMS marketing strategies, overseeing execution, and optimizing performance. Salary Range: (80,000-)115,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
? Design, implement, and manage engaging email and SMS marketing campaigns that yield high performance.
? Facilitate collaboration between technical and creative teams to ensure unified campaign delivery.
? Analyze campaign metrics, pinpoint areas for improvement, and apply actionable insights.
? Work alongside growth and management teams to enhance user conversion rates, reduce unsubscribe rates, and boost engagement.
? Ensure all email marketing initiatives are compliant with industry standards and best practices.
? Maintain email databases and oversee IP reputation management.
? Leverage web technologies and analytics tools to enhance engagement and refine marketing strategies.

Required Skills
? Proficient in HTML and familiar with content management systems.
? Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, managing campaigns with subscriber lists exceeding 1,000,000.
? Strong proficiency in managing Email Service Providers (ESPs).
? Experienced in utilizing web analytics tools, notably Google Analytics.
? Demonstrated success in executing large-scale email campaigns.
? Possess strong analytical skills coupled with effective communication and organizational capabilities.

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
