Job Description

As a part of the Delta Virtual Jobs team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to Delta Airlines’ clients from the comfort of your home. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.


• Document customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.

Educational Qualifications
