    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide administrative support to the Dispute Resolution department
  • Obtain, organize, and transfer documentation for legal actions for both internal and external clients
  • Collaborate with the Director of Payment Compliance Dispute Resolution and Manager of Payer Analysis Operation/Systems
  • Prioritize work efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal standards
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of data entry or administrative experience
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in legal documentation or dispute resolution processes
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in a legal context
  • Previous experience working in a multi-functional team setting
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros
