Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
? Precisely input data into our systems based on provided images
? Recognize and classify various document types
? Verify and review data entries to maintain accuracy and high quality
? Safeguard personal health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
? Engage professionally with colleagues as necessary
? Propose enhancements for workflow processes
? Complete assigned tasks punctually and assist with additional responsibilities as needed

Required Skills
? Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work productively
? Self-motivated individual capable of maintaining focus and managing multiple assignments
? Quick to learn with the ability to adhere to instructions and adjust as required
? Capacity to uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information
? Proficiency in both written and spoken English
? Typing proficiency of 50 WPM at 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy

Qualifications
? Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
? Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
? Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage, but not mandatory

Compensation And Benefits
? Competitive pay of $12 per hour
? Part-time and full-time positions available (full-time preferred, minimum of 20 hours per week)
? Flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
