Key Responsibilities

? Establish and nurture relationships with vendors and distribution channels.
? Analyze performance metrics related to cost, quality, and inventory.
? Address and resolve inventory issues and billing discrepancies at the store level.
? Stay abreast of industry trends and assess promotional impacts.
? Conduct store visits to evaluate program success and gather feedback.
? Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure meticulous record-keeping.
? Utilize remote access to procurement systems as needed.

Required Skills
? At least 3 years of experience in procurement or vendor management within the dairy sector or retail.
? Familiarity with marketing, logistics, or store operations is advantageous.
? Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective relationship building.
? Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications
