What?s a typical day as a Customer Support Representative? You?ll be:
? Providing exceptional customer service relating to sales, order entry, and purchase order collections.
? Maintaining good customer relations and resolving customer claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws.
? Proactively informing and educating customers through organization-wide initiatives.
? Developing improvement plans in response to team efforts for purchase order collections.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You
? Have strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the Trauma & Extremities Business Units.
? Have experience in customer service or a related field.
? Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
