As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat...Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
• Providing product information and technical support to customers
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
• Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
• Meeting performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Independent and able to work remotely with minimal supervision
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent
