5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to find solutions for customer-related issues.

6. Stay updated on new products, technologies, and internal process changes.

7. Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Proficiency in using Mac OS, iOS, and other Apple products.

3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

4. Experience in a customer service role is preferred.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a bonus.

7. Passionate about technology and customer satisfaction.

**Educational Qualifications:**

A minimum of a high school diploma is required. Associate? or Bachelor? degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience:**

Previous experience in customer service or tech support is highly desirable, especially if related to consumer electronics or technology sectors.
