Key responsibilities include maintaining updated knowledge of Apple products, managing and resolving customer complaints, processing orders and tracking shipments, providing detailed information on new products, and promoting customer loyalty through exceptional service. **Responsibilities**


1. Provide timely, accurate, and friendly customer support via phone, email, or live chat.


2. Troubleshoot and solve hardware and software issues related to Apple products.


3. Track, compile, and update customer data in the CRM system.


4. Educate customers about Apple products and services.


5. Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams.


6. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product features and support protocols.


7. Foster a positive customer experience and strengthen customer loyalty.


**Job Requirements**


1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.


2. Strong understanding of Apple products and operating systems.


3. Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a tech environment.


4. High-speed internet connection suitable for remote communication.


5. Ability to work independently from a home office setting.


6. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Customer Service is a plus.


7. Availability to work assigned shifts within hours designed to serve US-based customers.
