Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with flexibility as needed)

Responsibilities

? Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
? Process orders, returns, and exchanges
? Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
? Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues

Hourly Salary Range
