Work Schedule: Part-time or Full-time, with flexible hours. Shift availability includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Time zones may influence work hours. ? Location: Remote (Excluding residents of AR, CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, Washington, DC, and WI) Responsibilities: ? Engage in training and certification courses to ensure excellence in service delivery. ? Provide top-tier customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats. ? Maintain commitment to working a minimum number of hours per week, ensuring reliability and consistency. ? Uphold high standards of accountability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: ? Preferred experience in customer service, but not mandatory. ? A quiet, dedicated workspace with the required technology setup. ? Professional demeanor with strong typing, communication, and computer skills. ? Excellent command of the English language, with proficiency in spelling and grammar. ? Willingness to undergo standard background checks and assessments. ? Minimum age of 18 years old with at least a high school degree or equivalent. ? Compensation:
