? This position is 1099 and we do not provide equipment so you must have the following;
? Desktop PC / Laptop (either or, no tablet or Chromebook)
? 1 monitor required
? Keyboard and Mouse (if using a laptop)
? Wired Internet Connection (ethernet cable connected to router)
? USB headset
? A quiet place to work

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Conduct inbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional information

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

Qualifications:

• 1 year of previous experience in a customer service role is required

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools

• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour
