Type of Hire: Temp, possible temp-to-hire after assigment

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

Training schedule: 6:00AM to 2:30PM M-F ? (2 weeks of training)
? Need to go to the office the first day at 9AM to pick up computer ? will take 1-4 hours,

Post training schedule: Various shifts available, all include one day of the weekend, please see options below. (shift will be selected after clearance)

Location: REMOTE must live in Phoenix or Scottsdale. MUST LIVE NO MORE THAN 35 MILES AWAY from Scottsdale, ZP 85260)

Brief Job Description
? They are an inbound call center.
? They are supporting multiple bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase product.
? The calls are about tracking the shipment, cancelling the shipment, refunding reward points, shipment arrived damaged, help on the website buying product.
? It is a yes environment, yes, we can cancel, yes, we can refund your reward points.
? Card Holders call in to book travel by using the points they have accumulated.
? Assist clients to book flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises.

Requirements
? HSD or GED is required (must be on resume)
? 6+ months CSR experience, call center.
? Exceptional phone and communication skills, good with people
