Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries. 5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. 6. Utilize CRM software to keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, while also being a team player. 9. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to adapt to changing situations and think innovatively to solve problems. 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Comfortable working remotely and independently. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
