Job Description


As a Remote Customer Service Representative at American Airlines, you will be the frontline support for our valued customers. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, providing solutions and exceptional service. Requirements



  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and software applications

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail


Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist customers in booking flights and managing reservations

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records

Educational Qualifications
