Key Responsibilities
? Oversee all construction activities, coordinating schedules and work with division leaders and the project team.
? Collaborate with site Superintendents to evaluate and determine effective construction methods and strategies, ensuring cost-efficiency.
? Cultivate and uphold client relationships to ensure satisfaction and project success.
? Review project drawings and specifications, monitor progress, and guarantee compliance with contracts and schedules.
? Assist in preparing job estimates by interpreting bid documents.
? Develop and manage subcontracts and purchase order requisitions as necessary.
? Establish and track project schedules to ensure adherence to critical path requirements in conjunction with site Superintendents.
? Manage the submittal and RFI processes, ensuring timely reviews and approvals.
? Ensure financial accountability by establishing and managing project budgets, preparing cost reports, and striving to meet project earnings targets.
? Collaborate with the project team to implement plans for improving productivity, enhancing efficiencies, and reducing expenses.
? Work closely with the Construction Operations Manager and/or VP to allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines.
? Ensure safety compliance by monitoring adherence to company/project safety standards and implementing corrective actions when needed.
? Ensure that all project documentation is submitted promptly.
? Conduct regular site visits for coordination with site Superintendents on assigned projects.
? Serve as the primary point of contact for site Superintendents and maintain direct communication with project Owners, Construction Managers, and project teams.
? Attend onsite coordination meetings and project-specific discussions.

Required Skills
? Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, contracts, manuals, and technical correspondence.
? Experience with contracts and the construction procurement process.
? Strong understanding of job estimate details, drawings, and specifications.
? Knowledge of workforce planning and labor resource allocation.
? Excellent communication capabilities for drafting reports and formal correspondence.
? Exceptional organizational skills to effectively coordinate and integrate projects with various stakeholders.
? Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify alternative work methods as required.

Qualifications
? A Bachelor?s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience.
? A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction projects.
? Capable of collaborating with a diverse workforce and working independently in remote settings.
? Proficient in Microsoft 365 and experienced with computerized construction management systems (e.g., Procore, Sage).
? OSHA 10 or 30 certification (required to be obtained within the first 60 days if not currently held).
? Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
? A valid driver?s license with a satisfactory driving record is mandatory.
? Travel will be necessary, including occasional overnight stays.

Compensation And Benefits

This full-time hybrid role offers a competitive total compensation package ranging from (78,000 to )114,000 annually, inclusive of an annual bonus. The base salary will be determined by experience and qualifications.
