We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Remote Chat Helpline Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide timely and effective assistance to our customers through live chat, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and order statuses.

• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their orders or account.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.

• Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor?s degree preferred.

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

• Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using chat support software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $45.00 - $60.00/hour.
