Key Responsibilities
? Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through the intricate landscape of insurance, prior authorizations, and financial assistance.
? Perform thorough benefit investigations and appeals, ensuring patients receive the necessary support for their medication needs.
? Build and maintain trusting relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders through effective communication.
? Proactively manage inbound calls and inquiries, triaging patients to appropriate resources as needed.
? Provide personalized outreach to patients, offering clarity on their benefits and next steps in their care journey.
? Facilitate care coordination efforts, including nurse education and connecting patients with peer support resources.
? Maintain meticulous documentation of all case activities in compliance with business protocols.

? Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin are a plus.
? Flexibility to work an 8.5-hour shift within the hours of 8 AM and 11 PM, Monday through Friday.
