Job Summary
We are Aether Power a full service solar sales and installation company based in California and we are experiencing record growth due to the rising costs of electricity in California. We are an authorized sales & marketing agent for our installation partner Simple Power (www.gosimplepower.com) and we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Call Center Supervisor to lead our team of remote appointment setters. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of personal phone sales, appointment setting, as well as coaching and training lead generators. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that team members meet performance goals, and providing support to enhance the effectiveness of the setting of the leads.

Responsibilities
? Supervise and manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure qualified, pre-set leads for our in-home closers.
? Monitor call metrics and performance... indicators to assess team effectiveness.
? Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance.
? Handle difficult customer interactions and be able to take over the call and set the appointment.
? Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
? Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and motivate staff.
? Collaborate with sales department to ensure seamless appointment delivery.
? Maintain accurate records of team performance and prepare reports for management review.

Skills
? Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
? Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising telemarketing teams.
? Proven customer service skills with the ability to close effectively.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
? Profound understanding of CRM's and auto dialer systems
? Familiarity with project management principles is advantageous.
? A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
? Ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving common goals.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
