What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner
? Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of the employer's clients
? Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics
? Update donors and prospective donors on the employer's important work
? Strengthen connections between non-profits and donors

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, with preference for telephone fundraising experience
? Dedicated wired internet connection
? A quiet home workspace free from interruptions
? Basic computer skills and familiarity
? Commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit causes represented by the employer
