You will also be expected to accurately document all interactions and follow up on unresolved matters to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: ? Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries. ? Providing exceptional customer service and support. ? Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner. ? Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. ? Following up on customer requests and ensuring satisfaction. Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Experience in an office environment; prior call center experience is preferred. ? Must reside within 1 hour of one of the following locations: Urbandale, IA; Franklin, MA; Houston, TX; Tampa, FL; Miami, FL. ? Ability to work from home in a quiet and professional space with minimal distractions. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Reliable internet connection and computer setup suitable for remote work. Training and Work Environment: ? Comprehensive training will be provided remotely. ? Candidates must have a dedicated, quiet workspace to take calls and perform job duties. ? While this is a work-from-home position, breaks are scheduled, and candidates are expected to be present and online for the entire shift, except during scheduled breaks
