In addition to $20-$23/hr. base pay, you'll receive Paid Holiday pay and earn performance bonuses, which can often increase your pay by 30% or more, plus you'll get an invitation to participate in our (401)k savings program.

Location: Remote

Time Commitment: 20-28 hrs. per week

Education Requirement: Must have completed (or be currrently enrolled) in a 4-year college degree with a business or business-related major such as economics or law (or MBA)

Pay: $20/hr to start ($23 if Spanish bilungual)

The time you work during 6 weeks of training is all paid time. At the successful conclusion of your training period, you will receive a $500 Welcome Aboard bonus.

State Insurance License Requirement: You must self-study and have in hand on your first day a valid state property & casualty insurance license. We'll reimburse you for your state license study fees AND give you a $500 Welcome Aboard Bonus on your first day as a thank you for having a license in hand on your first day.

There is no cold calling in this customer service role. Nor do you need any insurance experience. We utilize a highliy scripted approach that tells you on the screen what to say and do and we have a fun 6-week training program. Easy peasy.

What We?re Looking For:

Our team is looking to bring on customer-obsessed and energetic remote customer service reps to assist current customers as they call in asking for help. This is an ideal job for Moms and college students or any qualified candidate who has or is pursuing a business degree or major.

This role requires that you be friendly, upbeat, patient and understanding on every call and that you have superb script-reading and conversational abilities. We kill our customers with kindness; it's that simple.

We offer family-flexible hours and you can work pretty much the days and hours of your choice, 20-28 hours per week. We are open 7 days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM in all time zones.

What You?ll Need:
? A current, valid driver license that matches your current residence address
? A state-issued life insurance license in hand on your start date (we'll pay)
? Availability to work a mix of weekdays, nights or weekends - your choice
? Ability to read scripts clearly and verbatim in order to render our famous cusotmer service the right way
? Positive ?customer-first? attitude - we?re huge customer advocates and will expect you to treat every caller as if they?re a long-lost cousin.
? A completed or in-progress 4-year degree in business, economics or a business-related major

This is a busy call center job where you will be aswering inbound phone calls from existing home, auto and small business customers using our approved scripts. You'll be quoting, advising and completing renewal applications in a cheerful, helpful way with no sales pressure and ---NO COLD CALLING!
