Job Title: Remote Billing Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1300 USD monthly (Additional bonus when you reach the 6-month mark working with the company.)

Schedule: Flexible on the start time, ideal coverage would be 8-5 Central

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join their team. The primary responsibilities of this role include handling vendor bills, updating invoicing records, exporting reports, and providing support in junior data entry tasks. This position is instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of their operations and plays a crucial role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in our processes.

Responsibilities: ? Vendor Bill Management: ? Receive and review vendor bills ? Apply vendor bills directly to customer costs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. ? Invoicing Updates: ? Update invoicing records with relevant information, including customer details, billing amounts, and payment terms. ? Ensure invoicing accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. ? Report Exporting: ? Generate and export reports as needed by internal teams and management. ? Maintain organized documentation of reports for future reference and analysis. ? Junior Data Entry Support: ? Provide support in data entry tasks, such as data input and verification. ? Assist in maintaining data integrity and cleanliness within the organization's systems. ? Collaboration and Communication: ? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and workflow. ? Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and team members to address any issues or inquiries related to operations tasks.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
? Previous experience in operations, administrative support, or a similar role
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with invoicing and accounting software.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
? Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
? A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a commitment to achieving high-quality results.
? Excellent English level both written and spoken
