Vocovision is seeking a talented and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and work remotely with clients across Washington State. As a 1099 contractor, you'll enjoy the freedom to manage your own schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities: ? Provide behavior analysis services remotely to individuals in Washington State. ? Conduct assessments, create behavior intervention plans, and implement evidence-based strategies. ? Collaborate with families, schools, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients. ? Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other support staff. ? Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions.

Requirements: ? Active BCBA certification and licensed in the state of Washington. ? At least 2 years of experience as a practicing BCBA. ? Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices. ? Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely. ? Excellent communication and organizational skills.
