Job Overview

We are in search of an enthusiastic and results-driven Admissions & Recruiter/Advisor to become a vital part of our team. In this remote position, you will work closely with the Director of Admissions and Recruitment, serving as a representative of the College to potential students, their families, secondary school counselors, and other key stakeholders in the college selection... process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity and a strong moral compass while thriving in a diverse community environment.

Key Responsibilities
? Conduct high school visits and participate in college fairs within the designated territory to attract prospective students.
? Foster relationships in the assigned territory to boost applications and confirmations, while accurately forecasting enrollment to achieve set goals.
? Offer tailored guidance to prospective students regarding the admissions process and the various opportunities offered by the College, ensuring elevated conversion rates.
? Engage in strategic communications via phone, text, email, print, and social media to maintain high conversion rates.
? Maintain an in-depth understanding of the College's academic offerings, co-curricular activities, and financial aid options to provide accurate information to prospective students.
? Assist in the daily operations of the Office of Admissions as required.
? Attend on-site and virtual recruitment events such as college fairs and community outreach initiatives.
? Collaborate with student support services to refer students to appropriate resources.
? Utilize various software tools to compile, analyze, and format admissions data.
? Support dual enrollment initiatives by participating in recruitment activities and events.
? Contribute to on-campus activities such as pre-admissions presentations and open houses.
? Aid in reviewing admissions applications and processing transcripts.
? Facilitate communication concerning transcript evaluations and the status of admissions applications.
? Perform additional related duties as assigned.

? Proficient office skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

? Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Maryland.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
? Proven experience in college admissions recruitment or in a related field, such as sales.
? Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population.
? Commitment to confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
